Though the salary is paid on time without any deductions but they have made the life terrible. Unexpected demand of generating business from different states during this pandemic. Management has no clue what to do... Going left and right, firing people to save themselves. Not sure about Corona but if this lockdown is extended for even a month more this current management will definitely take the employees life.

There are many reasons not to work here... 1. Weak management 2. No database 3. Un-realistic demands. 4. All show no go (only numbers matter) 5. Spine less management 6. Work oriented, least bothered about results. 7. No work discipline. 8. Less work, more reviews. 9. Daily min 3 reviews 10.5-6 reporting on hourly, daily, weekly and monthly. 11. Perfectly zero work life balance.

All staff are very good and my incharge MS Sultana is very awesome and good knowledgefull person

Dislikes

Ground floor new wing staff maximum time pull out for other other departments this is very bad experience

Excellent management hr management Products training, new employee welcome are appreciated, excellent products quality etc.

Political environmental in sales team, some existing employees are not supported to new employees

- Offers good learning opportunities in 2-3 stints within group companies for first year - Exposure to multiple industries and Businesses - If you are looking for a General Management role, Fasttrack careet growth, & Good work life balance CKBG would be a decent option

Dislikes

- Growth in terms of Monetary benefits is poor - Senior Management from group companies are not aware about what NextGen Management trainee programme is all about. Hence, some people may feel you are getting lost in the crowd.

Nepotism Groupism dirty work politics and not line between professional and personal life in simple words you have slog your toung rather than talent to get promoted and growth in career. Don't know about other units but this is my experience with C.K. BIRLA GROUP ORIENT PAPER MILLS CAUSTIC SODA UNIT (AMLAI CT)
