Small size company so it's good for freshers to learn everything

No work life balance, they are hesitate to share the official mandatory documents with employee like LOI, Salary Structure, Salary Slips, Details of PF deduction, No leaves on Saturday, Overall it's pathetic for senior management employee. They are giving the designation for fancy titles but they are expecting the work responsibility of supervisors level, it's bitter truth about Civitech

Since i have worked there, it isnt a place for any respectable female. Growth is absolutely zero. There is no job security, no benifits and you'll have other KRAs as well (with your own) for which you wont be paid.

Likes

One of the worst companies to work for. Total lala culture. Only one man ( company owner) making decisions and knowing what has to happen. No authority given to staff.

Dislikes

One doesn't given a chance to shows his skills. Only work as a supervisor beside which position you are working at. Nil job security.
