...minded, I am gonna tell you one of there big game play that they are playing 1. They only hire freshers to save money no experience candidate salary 20-25k 2. Make some one a manager between 6-12 months and expect him to be as capable as someone with 2-3 year of experience with the same salary of 20-25k a dry promotion 3. Most of ther employees rarely complete 1 year ,why would someone want to be in a toxic company. 4. And by any chance you survive 2 years and become senior and your salary increase,they will be like ohhh now we have to give him extra let's play politics and give him pressure he will leave, if you leave ok other wise PIP or they will force you to leave , even people who are from the company starting lays off, 4. Divide and rule , they divide team always create competition a toxic one. I will be back with more like if you agree

Fixed Timings, not a very bad incentive structure

Srinivas Rao, the general manager at civicminds has to be one of the most unprofessional guys I have worked with. He intimidates his employees and thinks he owns you for a bare minimum wage. There are much better companies to work at rather than civicminds. Extremely partial as well with his employees.

The company is ok the the GM of the company is not a good person. Sri nivas rao is very unprofessional and he think he can do anything but his bad phase has started. The way he works he will finish the whole company
