Thank you for giving me the opportunity to learn about everyday banking tasks. It’s been easier with the support of my colleagues, and the work environment in the branch has been great. Due to my career change, I’ve transitioned back to my core domain.

...d meeting targets seems nearly impossible, almost like being an insurance agent. The salary is quite low, and the location is far from my hometown. They also collected our certificates without informing us about the job location. During the training period, they incurred a cost of 51K, and they are using outdated technologies. If you're interested in marketing, this company might be a fit for you, but if not, I would advise against joining.

Job security and teammates are supportive.

Salary is decent but no personal career growth. Their only focus is on Marketing, Lead Generation and Cold calls. Instead of making employees to do Branch or Inner work, Torturing their employees to make cold calls and generate more leads to improve their business. If not yelling and making employees feel bad about themselves which will daily give us mental pressure...On the whole they are not bank...Just a marketing company in tha name of bank. Worst!

For freshers this is good bank only for learning. Don't expect respect and salary just learn and switch.

...aves credited during probation and probation could be 2 years instead of 1 year. Salary is low but expections high. Employee can do work with passion if salary is good.

Bank follower traditional banking , it is old generation bank, salary is as per IBA policy , but gives under CTC

Miserable, Tranfer policy is strict and not employee friendly , huge targets with less coordination from corporate office

Working on production data warehouse, so I am having a great learning curve.

Dislikes

Doing the work of 2 people at half a person's salary. Doing 11 hr of shift, without any overtime, or even recognition. Manager scolds like hell for minuet error, and pressurise like hell to get the work of 2 people done by an individual. Can't take a leave, even have to come on every Saturday.
