...amily time , No support from Management (on Humanitarian grounds) in emergency cases like Accidents ( cut salary if on leave due to road accident) and no maternity leaves even if u r working here from last 10 yrs

It has a very friendly staff. The institution is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. My colleagues and I work in collaboration. It also has the employee re-hire policy which is good.

Dislikes

The pay scale is very low compared to the tasks you are assigned. After a month's hard work the remuneration doesn't really is a relief.

Likes

The School environment and the school policies work towards having quality education. This is a school which consistently performs great as it has the most dedicated teachers. The School emphasizes the present situation of Covaid, wherein the Management were very generous in contributing funds to the Chief Ministers Fund and also the salaries were not deducted for any reasons during uncertain times. Working for last 5 years has helped me develop my skills. So feel obliged to be a part of the strong team.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is the Cafeteria. Hope in coming times they work over it.

Horrible experience....Lot of politics , Bad director they can say bye bye anytime to anyone if you are new ..... Everyone judges you ... negative environment.... Heads decision is final n heads are culprit idk about other departments but Compu heads are culprit n very negative people secretly try to put you down....
