No appraisal, no fair salary hike, no bonus every year. Very very less salary even if you are well experienced and talented.

The care and support provided by the school head and staffs, a warm and satisfactory working environment

Dislikes

the career growth is too slow only if you are the one preferred by all then only that particular teacher is selected or else it the same positions for long period of time, there is no employment benefit provided by the school no matter how old employee you are.

Nothing is good there! It exploits the employees, never identifies the efforts nor appreciates the work done by teachers. Just a show off world it is. I'm grateful too have such a tough experience in my first job. It's an experimentalental school and keeps on changing its ways without following a single plan completely!

Very bad experience. Those whoever are planning or getting select by this school, I would request not to join as you will not be working in school, you'll be working like a machine with overloaded work and comments by others. Even you may be dismissed one day if you do your work honestly .

Management and administration everything is bad and ill mannered.

I liked the progressive thought with which the management works. They are good people to work with. The work atmosphere was good. Colleagues were hard working , sincere and down to earth. Since I have moved on in my career, I wish the school and it's staff the best. This school will always remain as one of my babies who has been nurtured with lots of love and hard work.

Nothing. It was a good place of work .
