Old staff is only looking for increment always & cant bear the new employees salary hike. 😅 (lot of politics in old staff)

...working environment and securrity. Promotions are based on very clear appraisal. Good salary

Sometimes working with political leaders may be very difficult. Limited promotional levels. Sometimes performer my miss some benefits because s/he is new in the firm.

Training session is very good and job security.

1-If someone working hard but no one appreciate him/her. 2-Politics too much. 3-Senior employees are only punching and very lazy, not working properly.

Good work life balance, friendly environment, job Security with lots of internal opportunities to move on with in the organization. Like to work.

CTC /appraisal not upto the mark compared to market standards. Poor HR policies, false commitment about ctc at the time of joining.HR management is very bad, they are very slow and they are saying something which they know is untrue.

I really like to work in Amanora park town because it's Beautiful and awesome Architecture work like Amanda Future Tower India's 1st Iconic vertical city. Amanora giving So many technical training for employee so he will doing his work so smoothly and speedily, all Department's are very supportive.

Dislikes

Management or Senior's should be appreciated Employee who really working Hard at any specific sector so he can doing more Hard work and giving more out put for the organization.
