Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Likes

Good start up environment with terrible understanding of the Salesforce technology. Need to hire efficient staff who has past working experience in Salesforce rather than investing in individuals and teaching them about the technology.

Dislikes

Management, setting someone from Family as project manager and setting another one as a team lead is a big let down, this spoils the work environment and mood…Need a experienced workforce to guide the team in the right direction. Focus on few cloud setup environments rather than asking individuals to learn new things within a limited timeframe. Management need experience in bringing projects to the employees which is lacking.
