... months or even years in some cases. Upper management was all about blame games. Rest everything's good until its time for the salary day. They claim to give salary on 10th of every month which is already quite late but during my total work duration, 80% of the time they failed to give it on time.

Everything, their provision for basic amenities to the employees, their seriousness for work, timely payment of salaries and amenities is poor, no respectful treatment to the employees, it is a downgrade gutter for the employees and should be shut off immediately.
