The staffing management and HR hirring department are devil and witch . They can offer you good package expectations while hiring time . But after hirring they won't give you client project or client opportunities because they don't have that kinda project 😞. They will force you to do night support or non technical process management kind of work even in night as well . Because ugly truth is they have only data import and support maintainace project in tons but they don't have project for which you got hired like u are java developer then they have not single project based on java , Microservices based skills . After they will put you in night shift. Once you refused to do night shift then they will instantly laid off you by giving reason that company is in loss and can't keep you on bench anymore. If is that the logic then why they all CT dwarf and deef HR team hirring like us highly skilled developer . They have Their names are big and their philosophy is small.they just talks like big things at the time of interview like what is multithreading and cloud technology metaverse etc ... But they do not have any project of any kind. HR team and Staffing team members are lier and fraud just hirring best people from market and after onboarding let them to give night support or ticket raising kind of non technical projects. My journey was so crucial and worst like an nightmare. I was begging to staffing team to give me single technical projects but they don't have mercy and options. 😭😭

Everything is bad in this organization. Low salary. No job security. No project change opportunities. Delivery Lead is only saying Yes sir to client. No putting employee point of view in front of client. Client says if you are Java developer then you are .net developer also. You have to write .net code even if are Java developer.

Hybrid and flexible working hours. Work-life balance. Weekly snacks and events. Good culture - addressing everyone by their first name (flat culture), business casual dress code allowed, good for experienced individuals, bad for inexperienced freshers. Monthly 8 days work from office (not mandatory to complete 2 days per week, could be completed consecutively in a row). Excellent admin team to resolve technical issues.

...ood. Many and frequent layoffs happen every now and then. Hire and fire culture. Poor promotions and salary hike (0-3% of base saalry). For me, no hike happened for one entire year even after giving my 100%. 😭 No formal recognition or certificate of appreciation even after working on a project for 2 years. Toxic manager with zero skills and understanding of the project. Hiring, appraising, conferring certificates, providing formal recognition, providing hikes to undeserving managers/team leads/employees. Management is THE WORST and is almost completely responsible for all these negative feedback. Skills development is limited. Only a few projects and worth working on. (Craneware, DaVita, etc). Monthly calendar enrollment for upskilling and training requires manager's approval and most managers don't approve, not because they don't want to but because of the limited time period before the deadline to approve it. Also, some managers don't approve it because they either don't receive the email to approve or they get hundreds of emails per day so they miss those approval emails. This hinders upskilling of the employee working under that lazy manager. 😢 Immediate actions to be taken by the management: 1. Reject hire and fire policy. 2. Reject false promises. 3. Keep managers and team leads in check as they exercise their authority over their juniors. Rather than doing their own work, they ask juniors to complete their part of work on their behalf. 4. Improve salary hike or else expect voluntary resignations just how it is happening right now. 5. Forget about undeserving employees who just waste company resources; but those who really merit hikes/appraisals should receive decent salary hikes. (Not peanuts such as 1-3% hike, come on! It's a billion dollar company - unicorn. Please have some self-respect.) 6. Some managers misuse 1-on-1 to include TLs in the same appraisal meeting, thereby making it a non-transparent (2-on-1) and biased process. Such managers must be fired instead of deserving employees.
