Nothing to like here, or the fake promises they make. I really liked that.

Dislikes

No salary paid, no dedicated office space, stay with manager in 2bhk flat, work in same flat. Unresponsive HR Ruchi Savant. No real Projects. Not supporting manager. Will fire you any time over gmeet (been there in this situation). No Saturday off

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
