I liked the only thing about Citi is they pay very well. Salary is very good comparable to other companies.

Dislikes

The work environment is really boring, no team activities or fun activities happen, only work work and work. Senior management is very manipulative. Work culture is worst.

Perfect for all the benefits and salary. Work culture is good in my department. The growth here is minimum 2 years as per management but not the policy. So policy says 1 year 6months but the management i feel bend the policy here. Anyways except that I feel its good to work here.

...t appears that a form of favoritism is prevalent, with certain employees receiving more support than others, regardless of their work ethic. Like many organizations, internal politics can be an issue. On the positive side, employees enjoy substantial leave benefits and best payscale comparing peer companies

No job security .your job will loss any time .no proper analysis for layoff .

The Work Life balance is poor. Lately citi is undergoing a major restructuring. This led to huge layoffs. Even if you Work like hell it is not worth it. There are no opportunity to learn something new and switch teams. Bcz there are no jobs at all. Don't go for the initial good package. Life is stressful Lately hikes are also not very good

...ect a basic level of respect and work life balance at work place then stay away. They even expect you to work on public holidays but wouldn't care to pay you or grant compensatory leave for that. Seniors are more interested in bossing around rather than execution of real job. The work culture is extremely toxic to say the least. People who are working here are either finding opportunities to leave or so frustrated that they have no hope left.
