Can't say about other departments but in my team there was nothing to like

...ect a basic level of respect and work life balance at work place then stay away. They even expect you to work on public holidays but wouldn't care to pay you or grant compensatory leave for that. Seniors are more interested in bossing around rather than execution of real job. The work culture is extremely toxic to say the least. People who are working here are either finding opportunities to leave or so frustrated that they have no hope left.

The only thing I like about Citi is Salary. Citi pays you very well but some point of time this won't matter to you because, your stress level will be so high that you will search for peace in your life.

Citi will make you work for more than 13 hrs. They don't care about your health and will make you work untill they are satisfied. There is no work-life balance. Their prority is always work and not tour health.

Citicorp services India Pvt Ltd is worst place to work where u should not except any humanitarian behaviour from ur bosses.u don't even get wfh if u r facing personal issues like divorce so don't expect leaves in such cases.they will force u to leave if ur performance for 1 month goes down inspite of the fact that few of them don't have any knowledge or understanding about work.they frequently use abusing language to employees.they r school teachers who want u to sit beside them while working.u r forced to work on holidays.
