...i is good company but your work life balance depends upon your manager and team.salary is good.transport is good..leave policy is good that subject to the manager approval

Work culture, senior management is not strong..very biased..long working hours ..no scope for hardworking and honest employee.. politics at the top

Company brand name Canteen food is good. However it closes at 9pm and the rates on higher end. People working in night shift suffer due to lack of proper canteen facilities. The management has put in vending machine which does not work most of the time and holds only chips and crisps Free transport facility but it is not employee friendly. Constant follow up required Insurance coverage only for employees. Parent's and children are covered at extra cost. Also the cost of coverage is on higher end as compared to other companies.

...assment to employees AVP and VP are clueless about the work process in general Delayed or no promotions and bonus is on lower end even for high performing employees Lots of hiring of unskilled people so the quality of peers is declining

Decent place to start your career in IB... You get to see the harsh nature of the profile first hand... In your first job itself!

Dislikes

Long hours coupled with an atmosphere of distrust especially with seniors. Also compensation is low for the demands placed on the employees especially the analysts and senior analysts. The company culture is terrible with a lot of non transparent discussion. What is said and what is done is hugely different...

Likes

1) You can work with stakeholders of different countries. 2) Compensation on time and good HR policy.

Dislikes

1) Work Life Balance is very poor across department. (18-20 Hours too). 2) Too many unwanted meetings on daily basis. 3) Work quality is not good.

Likes

Pay/Comp is great. You realize this especially when you apply for new jobs & most of the companies fail to match it. Job security is top-notch & work-life balance is comfortably manageable. Lots of leaves too.

Dislikes

Work becomes stagnant/monotonous after a while which is when you start looking elsewhere. However other companies might not be able to provide good w/L balance so its trade-off that you settle for.
