Previous culture were awesome now a day thing changed it could be salary benifit, micromange higher management . Privious working with results oriented now everything is number oriented

The Work Life balance is poor. Lately citi is undergoing a major restructuring. This led to huge layoffs. Even if you Work like hell it is not worth it. There are no opportunity to learn something new and switch teams. Bcz there are no jobs at all. Don't go for the initial good package. Life is stressful Lately hikes are also not very good
