Can't say about other departments but in my team there was nothing to like

...ect a basic level of respect and work life balance at work place then stay away. They even expect you to work on public holidays but wouldn't care to pay you or grant compensatory leave for that. Seniors are more interested in bossing around rather than execution of real job. The work culture is extremely toxic to say the least. People who are working here are either finding opportunities to leave or so frustrated that they have no hope left.

. No proper training on project . Increments now a days like nothing . Currently no job security

...ecurity. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDs and directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi.

Salary hikes, worklife balance, friendly people and staff except some seniors from your department.

Seniors are not helpful and Losing Job as new boss is from another bank and wants to bring in his whole team

Totally unhealthy and toxic culture Treat new resources like slave and garbage Every weekend you would get assigned some work unless you would not be eligible for annual bonus You cannot take leave if you are taking leave it would impact your year end appraisal and annual bonus HR department functioning like without brain. Your line manager is all in all regarding taking all the decision.
