I have mix experience at Citibank. Company policy is good in term of Salary hike and other perks.

Dislikes

- Work life balance is really good in my team. - technical exposure is not really good. - really good team - company provide transportation for employee - training are conducted by internal and external trainers

There is no job security I was working as a temp staff initial stage they say if you perform well then will take you as permanent employee but whatever you do they never ever take you as a permanent employee they are just use people and thought after contract

There pathetic police and too much work with that too oo much work they pay very less amount

...le. The organization itself is a boon for those who wants to grow. Package wise. They pay u well and even more than you expect. Looking forward to associate again in future. Never will one get an organization like Citi.

Internal Politics. That there everywhere. But those doesn't bother you at all if u don't give a room for those

Organizational culture. People are sitting for 17-20 years and have completely spoiled the environment. Too much politics across maximum teams I came across and interacted. More than work 90% of time goes in office politics. HR is good for nothing.

...ecurity. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign. Layoff affected a lot of employees in India and no one talked anything about this Part of the cost-cutting they targeted directors to the above level but when it comes to India all the MDMDsand directors protected each other and removed C05 to C11 employees from Citi.
