Very bad company culture... specially mr. **Binay singh area manager of dhanbad zone is very bad person always use unconstitutional word. no value of new asm and sm. There is very old staff... This is so called babu bhiya company. Please don't try to join this company. No norms and ethics are there.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't er-solve our isso.career growth is not good .no give proper way how to work or new new joining training .. every time some senior person demotivate junior person..

I had been in this company from last 8 years and it is being an exceptional growth for me . Be it professional or personal . A great learning space , had fortunate enough to be in core IT team . In my work time line - i was in core responsible person to implement ERP and BI soft wear . A great place to work .

We need further scope of implementing PLM software , advance dynamic ERP system . The entire replenishment system runs manually . We need to implement a robust software in this segment .

Top management is visionary . Run by young and dynamic people . Have passion to drive this business at world class level . COO and Snr Vice President are educated , polite , polished - have business sense .

It is not about dislike , but we are still at budding stage . Having 28 stores . There are lot of things to do . If you are passionate about work , it is an open space for you . Management gives full freedom at work , open for any feedback . A long way to go , waiting to reach 100 plus store .
