Micro Management Favouritism Pathetic Management and Managers Managers with no adequate Knowledge of the Department Process. Managers not wanting to take new task in order to avoid responsibilities. Management cutting cost by Cutting on basic Amenities like Toilet Paper, Canteen Paper Cups and Cup Plates.

No work life balance. Even if you have completed your work you suppose to sit in office. Huge work pressure if you are experienced then they will have more of expectations from you and they want you to pickup the process quickly.

Salary hikes and perks almost in line with the industry like MS, JP. Travel opportunities for migration and learning, Good Teammates for healthy competition,

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible, Performance based appraisal not provided and appreciated, Favouritism in teams, Poor career growth, lot of politics, overall a bad place to work if you are hard working as the same is not appreciated by managers and higher management.

We do end to end work here, with minimum support, and crunch of staffing, thereby a lot to learn, take it pressure, knowledge and management.

Dislikes

Unorganised in terms of staffing, may be the policy is to overutilize people. No Salary rectification, baised management decisions, HR has no control over anything.

1.No work life balance. 2.Canadian CITCO employee thinks themselves as God, they dominate so much. 3. SVPs and VPs act according to Canadian CITCO team. 4. They make you submit timesheet for 8hours and you need to spend at least 14 hours. 5. No one shares knowledge in team. 6. No proper communication with in team. 7. Vintage employees stab back at their own AVPs by adding more masala to Canada teams. 8. SVPs - Depends under who. You are working , but often seen them dominating under level peers.
