If you are starting as a fresher it's ok to continue for a year and learn as much as you can because people are always ready to teach you

Dislikes

You cannot think to ever get a satisfying salary as well as your efforts are not at all valued.apart from this the company is not ready to give any compensation or appraisal for your hard works....they will make you work on Sundays as well and they aren't ready to permit for the leaves as well ...they don't care for their employees at all.

The company provides a great working environment in chennai, everyone in there is friendly and guides you in right path and traines you very well, coming to the salary incentives and bonus are very good.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, i have to work at least 12hrs a day. They didn't want to develop their own company they just want to play in a safer side.
