strict timings. not enough time for the family life. tasks not properly assigned. study material given for reading but after the deadline of training period, tasks without being assigned and without being tested on the actual project, was separated from the company. no guidance at all.

Great work-life balance. The ability to work from home depends on the team and is permitted if there is a genuine need. There are plenty of free resources available for skill development.

Dislikes

Due to recent layoffs, job security is uncertain. Promotions and salary increases have been impacted and are lower compared to other competitors.

Salary is less compared to market standards No transparency in salary We don’t even get to know what is the grade level of our colleagues unless you are involved with colleagues outside work like chai table or discussion tables

Good culture and work-life balance. Everything is driven by managers at any level. Good company to work for but don't stay in the same team for a long time. keep changing the teams internally.

... stayed more years, Salaries are very less when compared to college fresh grads. and there is no rule that higher grades get more compensation than lower grades.

Work culture is best in cisco . Managers are very good and helpful . Really liked this company and feels best place to work.

Cisco salary is decent. But cisco competitors pay better than cisco . But still best place to work when it comes to work life balance.
