New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Only the work environment is good

Dislikes

Low salary . Even after working for more than 3 years same salary . Too much comission. No respect. Employee should do whatever they assign to do even their personal work.

This company salary 9 to 10 th date going not proper date no yearly salary increase Rs 9777 this amount from joining date till date so salary increase every year properly I so well please not obey supervisor not visiting anybody all details only phone call. All are working for our responsibility and commitments and to fullfill our career these three things are fullfill by money so what we are working but this company is not giving out full payment they will take their commission after that they will giving salary to us
