...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Seniors are very humble amd talk with respect colleagues are also good working experience is quiet good as a newbie.

The time is running too fast and inflation is increasing everyone want a good salary package but this is the issue in cirrus. Salary package is very low in cirrus

No positive things about Cirrus, the worst company I have ever worked. Wouldn't recommend even my enemy to join this lousy company. I personally would prefer to die out of starvation than earn my daily bread from such a pathetic organization that focuses on maximizing on the helplessness of the other person.

Dislikes

There is no growth, tons of work pressure, 6 days a week & at least 9-12 hours of work on daily basis. The management is highly insensitive towards the struggles of the employee. No overtime, no timely incentive. Truly a miserable workplace to work. Please don't ruin your career by choosing to work here.
