...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

This company adopts new drugs. People will get more package than MNC.

Dislikes

...ield Representative. Drop rate of Cipla is higher because of job Unsatisfaction. They will give higher package but there is no support from higher authority about target, sales etc. Cipla may become 3rd largest company in India but there is very few people who want join cipla or work for Cipla. That's why many territory in India is vacant many of the time.

...y 5th 2019 without proper reason. Even i didn't sent my resignation to them yet. They holded my salary and my expenses too. Nobody will respond properly in this organization. Even company sent me an invoice which shows i was liable to them for 22000rs which they are asking me to pay. This is the least i can say about this company.... CIPLA IS THE WASTE.

No one in the manager level had helped me in the work... Even my reporting manager didn't explained me how to report but he wants me to report the he worked with me even when he didn't come for joint work with me.

My association with Cipla was just for 1 year apprx. where i found good manager and teammate but company is still not able to provide an unbiased and deserving promotion to their employee.
