...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work experience is very good. good company for learning purpose.

Dislikes

80% maintenance activity done by contract employee but they do not get the some benefits and proper salary , their credit is taken by other cipla employees. and contract head.

They celebrate all festival so feels like a family and every year increment approx (9 to 10%) .

Dislikes

They deduct salary of Assistant manager and above on the behalf of (something i forget) thats not good. They have to evaluate before hiring of person and deduction of salary every month not good but in maximum case money will returns.

Good company. Regular salary, good development program, safety on work, availability of self doing work. Excellent clean work area etc.. Apportunuty to build confidence & go ahead post.. Etc

Working load.. Little pressure.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
