... to other companies and job security I feel it's secure if you worked your best. salary is not good for freshers but other pickupdrop facilities canteen facilities HR policies are good than other companies. They care of all employees and working process is awesome. I like most they celebrate all festival along with all employees nice culture.

Appraisal system is very complicated No cyclic promotion Salary cutting as variable pay is very high and no guarantee for performance bonus reward at the end of financial year as it is depends upon rating No increment and bonus if 1 rating

...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. Top management always harassing the new joiners (Experienced / Trainee). The culture of Engineering department is terrible. Manager SANDIP RAMDAS DHUMAL is illiterate and uncultured person. If you want to join here ensure that who will be your Boss.
