LEADER WILL PUT HIM ON PIP OR ELSE HE NEED TO CONTINUE DOING UNETHICAL PROCESS TO SURVIVE IN CIPLA.

Company Culture is Terrible, There are so many politics in the internal team. Management is also terrible. I'm surprised to see the work culture is too much terrible in this MNC House.. Uncultured people are getting advantage in this Division and authentic peoples fired without any reason. Work pressure is too much. Getting unnecessary targets which is not achievable at any cost. No one can solve your problem. You have to solve by yourself or left the company. Soo mny uncultured and uneducated peoples are there.. Sorry to say about the negetive words about this Big MNC house but internal weather is going worst day by day..

Job security is very bad and people rates you once you perform and the situations and market is not ready to support you , you need to perform as per the instructions and by the pressure

Cipla is very good company but hierarchy person are politician not manager and Cipla is good for giving handsome package. If divisional hierarchy politics remove then a person can be in cipla

I appreciate company no Job where taken off. Company really helped every member by paying salary & expenses on time. More over company started giving extra amount for staying at outstation.

There is lot of politics. Company only focus on Number rather than no skill development. No service for dr and company spends lot on digital advertising. Same revenue can be spent on dr for conference participation. More over company is drive by hetic digital activity because which sales team cannot focus on Filed work.
