If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. Top management always harassing the new joiners (Experienced / Trainee). The culture of Engineering department is terrible. Manager SANDIP RAMDAS DHUMAL is illiterate and uncultured person. If you want to join here ensure that who will be your Boss.

1. Skill development and learning is very good here. 2. Company gives all the facilities to his employee. However middle management ruined most of them.

Dislikes

1. Middle management. No knowledge about work just politics. 2. Performer don't get best salary hikes and promotion 3. CHAATU people get more salary perks than a deserving candidate. 4. HOD and department heads are there for their own state personnel. 5. If you take a detailed data, you will find that most of down line employees are from HOD's state of residence.

Teammates are very good & co-operative, but training, jon security, career growth, salary average. Politics set with appraisal.

Dislikes

Four years back work enviornment, work-life, career growt, salary were excelent, but now management change and everything become difficult. New management not care about experiance and tilents.

Employees are getting their leave as per requirement, Canteen facility is good, Salary in time and right place to enjoy with family members

Dislikes

Those who are closure to their boss, they are getting promoted every year. It should be changed.
