Work culture is good every staffs are friendly no work pressure but staff strength is very low because work is little bit hard the company have aproaxiame 1 lak average sale in VIP section but they give us only 10500 rs salary per month kitchen capacity is 7 including head chef . Wors company I ever work in my 8 year f&b life

...s experience in d and b field Cinepolis kochi is the worst company ever I work. Because of low salary package and there is no yearly salary increament. And there is no future and carrier growth. After that I join PVR cinemas including incentive my PVR salary is double of the Cinepolis salary.

I have working here last 1 year. Majjor concern is salary.its too low. And sometimes I feel some difficulty when my salary come . I can an example. Last month I had gone every day for my duty.
