Starting from training, there's no such training program for an HR and the role which is offered has end number of responsibilities, teamwork and team coordination is pathetic, carrer growth in company overall is good but not for an HR coordinator position, moreover the salary and appraisals are very poor, work environment is not professional at all, it's like an HR has to play a role of parent or guardian Or a teacher and explain everyone how to do job before explaining their role we desire them to. Work life balance is average as we are expected to work more than our boundaries or the offer which was given at the time of joining, instead of an HR job it becomes sales and marketing job to get people on board for hiring purpose. The benefits provided for employees are good and the people interested making a career In operations have good scope but for an HR profile it's good for a fresher to understand the basics but Scope provided is very minimal.

I like the activities which are carried out here for motivating employees Such as wellness nd engagement activites.. Talking about the remuneration this company follows timely payment..

No growth as far HR roles are concerned . Drastic difference is there in term of compensation for hr nd operations.although work pressure is same. Managers do not follow the process at all,as they blv in making incentive just not focused on employees skills.. No appreciation for hr Even hr have to report to operations head . No team support for hr

Dislikes

Toxic politics at H.O. level. Don't know how to respect HR person at site level. Also site HR person never received any benefits except monthly salary. I like to suggest if you are looking job in HR profile then avoid Cinepolis Cinema Properties. Because the main culprit who will torture you at Cinema site they are Cinema Manager or Unit Head, Asst. Manager Training (that person is totally useless and licking character), Regional Trainer, Regional Manager(the person with zero IQ level).

Job security, work environment, work life balance. Colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
