During this pandemic, situation the company not only given promotions but also considerable salary hikes were given were other companies under the same industries were laying off their employees and reducing there pay.

I like working condition in which all the project person works together towards the same goal, with 100persent coordination and management

Low salary growth and less job security I have been working in the same for one year but there is no increase in my salary.
