Updated policies are not conveyed to the employee at the time of joining. HR do not responds to the queries properly. There is no co-ordination in HR departments (Payroll and leave). HR don't respect the policies and gives excuses of there own. Higher management in IT teams do not respect the processes or frameworks like Agile/Scrum, and encourage team members to do the same.

Good thing is if you work hard your work will be recognized. Only thing is you need to speak it loud that you need a good hike / promotions.

Dislikes

No job security. No competency building up. Technologically it's very poor. Any time when they don't have work they will kick you out immediately.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
