...mber. - highly profit oriented, not even care if employee is doing well or not. - lot of anxiety offered by management - highly stressful environment on target - Do consider several thought even the org offering you lucrative package if you want to care yourself well being. - no leaves are allowed. - ask for 2 months prior leave requirement notice as the employee is going to get dream that 2 months after there will be any kind of emergency like sick - typhoid, jaundice or death in family.

They are a adult bullies in senior positions. They are worse than a nightmare, they want you to work in fast pace but not even there to guide you or help you, no support, no time to logout when your shift over at 7 pm but not even till 12 am you are free because mr.tyraniccal want you to ask you to report at anytime even saturdays.

There’s no certainty in terms of growth. Not even when you would perform really good. Leadership has no idea if an employee who is performing really well would grow or not. Your manager has no idea and has no rebuttal whatsoever during one on ones.
