Apart from the likes mentioned above , every bit of elements available in the organization is either against you or not useful. Organization culture is absolutely under par.

in company rules & regulation and also hr department & account department. and also factory cost ,budget control sheet, purchase order(stationary item,house-keeping,raw material )

work not satisfaction because i have work 12-14 hours and attend the calls for customer supplier and payment will be followup for head office and release the payment shod be head office., account department not maintenaned (tax , gst) only for head-office not me my department (purchase asst).
