The company is good in terms of compensation. They possess variety of clients.

Dislikes

The thing that I disliked about the company is bench time. This made me think that there is no job security and many other uncertainties due to which I have to put down my paper.

Nothing! Absolutely Nothing! The managers keep threatening the employees with bad consequences if the clients wishes are not fulfilled. Its Hire and Fire attitude. Been here for a year and every month starts with the threat that we are not working and client is never happy with our work

Dislikes

Everything, Bad pay policy, no job security, client is the king so we need to put in 18 hours a day. Never seen a company where developers have an upper hand that the Project manager.

CiberSites India Pvt Ltd is an employee friendly company . This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals

company encourage its employees in their carrier development by offering frequent external trainings. Also company offered flexible work from home option that helped me balance my work-life

Dislikes

Poor disbursal of variable pay. Sometime deserving candidates were denied promotions , hikes and opportunities.

Ciber used to be an excellent place to work. However, after it’s acquired by HTC it the most horrible place to stay. Typical cheap mentality from the HTC leaders and the managers. Good for locals Tamilnadu locals only.

Everything. They don’t have anything good for an employee
