I have been part of Chrysalis for the past 5 years. Whether we took classes online or offline, the tremendous support and ample space given to the teacher to nurture her inner talent is noteworthy. The efforts taken by school to Excel in providing holistic education to all grade levels is commendable. I am extremely happy to be part of the Chrysalis family.

Dislikes

The Summer break given to secondary school is just three weeks, wish we could also get atleast 4 weeks.

The Organisation culture is good

Dislikes

They launch the new product in the market and then study about it, if it fails, they stop/withdraw it at the cost of client. If you’re single and able to spend all your time for the company, you’re the right fit. Work-life balance is poor, Plenty of Online meetings, that too late evening.

It has friendly work culture among the team members. Good place to learn and grow on both personal and professional life.

Dislikes

Depends on one's take - I had extensive travel between schools across the state.

The fact that we practically change a student's outlook on life and education is a great thing

Poor growth rate, compensation package should be improved, ideas generated should be atleast listened to etc

Clarity on what you have to do is clear.

Dislikes

There's no big skill being learned by you. So the job won't really help you in the future and won't aid in your future learning process. People working there are somewhat undermotivated to provide the best work and this might occasionally frustrate the sincere people who care about quality.
