Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow. There is always the problem of losing a job. New employees are not trained.

... very very talented, highly skilled person , He will develop you very well. Company salary part, Travel part , Recreation part similar like M.N.C culture.

In Sales, GT NSM(AS) and MT NSM(AG) both passes non-social comments on femal college. When complaned to HR, HR ignors...Both these people, boost on how they plan and removed Sales VP and MT Head from the company. Groupism is very much and male oriented company.

I would Like to Say that, after Joining this company i surely say this company was Best in Terms of Learning, Work life Balance and also a Good Rampo of All Superiors with their Subordinates without any Ego convey to our mind that we should not leave this entity at any cost.
