Everything about this company as a management trainee they show you a diffrent picture but the ground reality is totally different management is abusive they you mother father as their regular language.

RH in Kolkata are not perfect. Toxic leadership gone happen in Kolkata Retail Broking.. other wise PCG department is far Good then Retail. I should had joined in pcg

I am not Recommend anyone Join in this organisation specially in Chola Securities Ltd because no one will care your career always keep in dark .

Overall Chola Group is better but Cholamandalam Securities verticle is worst.

This verticle is worst, no body want to listen, they have no proper system, If any problem in Business Development & you will inform to senior authorities but there will no solution. Only Employees harrasment.

Total Politics Organization. we cant explore anything there, all are vintage people with zero knowledge. If we show our performance through experience, they only thing they do is fireup... I Worked with Motilal oswal for 5 years as an sales manager prior to join Chola, In MO the recognize only through our performance and our MIS Speaks... Here in Chola all are vintage people working in same company, if we try to correct something is wrong they will digest they only thing they do fireup in root itself, otherwise their job will be in suffer. The Pathitic part is even HR and Compliance department work with influence.

Fully Politics, If you see the top hirachy all are 10+ experience from same organization. you cannot find more then 1% in top level, that 1% is also because of they learn and keep themselves deaf and dump for their survival...
