No time for home, we have to have to work like cow. We come to office at 9:00 am and no time to return home. Abusing words by seniors. Even if we take leave we are being called and asked to do complete the task. Lots of uneducated/unskilled person getting a big sum of money.

...e the pain for whole day without resting, and also work after the working hours. If company pay them a handsome salary they will work more happily and responsibly. The package should be near by 25k CTC atlest. That's all this 1 thing I don't like about the chola, everything else is very good in company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address aur issues. salary is low and career growth also slow. Only 7 to 8 days training is provided to new joiners.

It should improve employee welfare calture no weekly off no leave, if on leave have to attend con call . Worst culture of any time con call. Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only . No festival leave Lots of parameters which are useless . Penetration of separation is high. Apologise to write with personal experience
