...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

Friendly nature with seniors and employes .Good salary benifits and incentive structure. Skill development and time to time learning module.

Office work timing not fixed. We have not sufficient time for family

1. The work schedule lacks specificity 2. Work life balance is a big concern 3. Even have to work on Sundays if it's a month end 4. Huge pressure for all verticals

Good company as compare to other NBC Salary is not as level No work life balance You have to work for 24 hr Join office early at 9 am leave office after 8 pm After that they will call you at home to work from home after 8pm Very bad working culture specially if you are working in unsecured loan department that is CSEL DEPARTMENT

... to give promotion to the employees who have worked for many years in our Chola. Again, he failed to increase the salary. Some managers use bad words.
