There is literally nothing to like about Cholamandalam Investment & Finance.

...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

Only I like in this company is timely incentive and salary .

Work environment worst , full pressure to sell other products if your background is from loan and they will pressurise you to do collection and sell motor insurance, concall from higher level is very terrible 5-6 con call in a day , bosses doesn't support junior level employees always pressurise them no job time they will tell you should work from 9 am in the morning and no time till night . Very bad company.

...ead generation is easy as it's infrastructure as well as market reputation good. Salary structure and training is technology based.

Most of the superior better but some not mention their name not supportive rather they give prior business but not solve the that time market problem.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.conpany policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of Politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which. which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
