Good work environment and culture teammates are not supportive and the management is transparent, company policy are good but senior not saported,

There is a lot of politics and management didn't addres our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resigh on the job training is not given to new join

...o take credits but not helping juniors. Emi funding is very bad at this company. You have to pay if customer is not paying and no one cares if you pay and that not recovered

It should improve employee welfare calture no weekly off no leave, if on leave have to attend con call . Worst culture of any time con call. Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only . No festival leave Lots of parameters which are useless . Penetration of separation is high. Apologise to write with personal experience
