It's a good organization to work...They will download all their vision to ground level team and also they train to achieve it.. overall we learn about all those things which we work the dept concern..

Company will give good compensation more than we expect..but work pressure is little high...

On time salary, every year salary increment, bonus, good working environment at local branchs.

Work life balance, something huge pressure, force to work on holiday and Sunday. Working time, as per work salary justification

Not much but salary comparison is little high than industry

It should improve employee welfare calture no weekly off no leave, if on leave have to attend con call . Worst culture of any time con call. Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only . No festival leave Lots of parameters which are useless . Penetration of separation is high. Apologise to write with personal experience

...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

... to give promotion to the employees who have worked for many years in our Chola. Again, he failed to increase the salary. Some managers use bad words.
