The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology to be market leader. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable and has a good client based. As a result, I get to travel and company gives free hand to operate and drive the market for company's growth. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. as I have to attend concall that starts early in the morning. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. There is politics that prevails in system..

Work life balance, something huge pressure, force to work on holiday and Sunday. Working time, as per work salary justification

It should improve employee welfare calture no weekly off no leave, if on leave have to attend con call . Worst culture of any time con call. Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only . No festival leave Lots of parameters which are useless . Penetration of separation is high. Apologise to write with personal experience

Company compensation is good and appraisal are excellent. You get freedom to do whatever you want to until you are justifying the companies interest.

Dislikes

Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.

Salary get credited on time. Moreover, the increment process is done by one's yearly performance.

No time for home, we have to have to work like cow. We come to office at 9:00 am and no time to return home. Abusing words by seniors. Even if we take leave we are being called and asked to do complete the task. Lots of uneducated/unskilled person getting a big sum of money.
