...xtra sitting was there. Evening snacks was given from company itself no charges. There was a provision for grace periods in a month three graces were allotted to an employee where employee just have to work for 7 hours and will get a salary for full days. So if there was any work for banks or having any family emergency so we can visit or take care then come back to work complete 7 hours of working and go home. Also there was a provision for attandance regularisation where employee if gets late so they have to complete 8:30 mins of working and can logout, this provision was given for 3 days in a month. Apart from that there were 21 leaves. And each n every year salary increment is fixed they will increase your salary no matter what it doesn't happens in other firms.

Even if you at sales domain at beginning they give you atleast 3-4 month time to settle down there. And this is for branches where I was used to work.if you are at HO,s so it's like permanent type job role irrespective which domain you are at.(Sales, operation,etc)

No such dislike are there.yeah trying to get hike as much as you can cause once you are joined there they do not give satisfactory hike and not frequently also. They will give hike 4-5% usually .

There is nothing to dislike there, I was in wrong domain.i am not a sales person and was joined as sales person . If a sales person who,s domains was into it from the beginning,it's a good company to work with.every thing was good over there.nothing to dislike .
