Everything including -toxic work culture -poor management -terrible HR policies -no support from supervisors/seniors -old employees bullying the new joiner -bad management -mandatory duties for freshers (old teachers deny their exam duties with whatever reasons) -management will keep your original documents and one month salary (this becomes really frustrating after getting to know the school’s toxic culture) -no communication from HR side once you’ll submit your resignation, I got my relieving date a day prior to my last day, my communications were being proudly ignored by HR team- -no clarity of your position/which campus you’ll be working during joining -they hired me for 2 campuses but the HR did bot bother to tell me this, I got to know I’ll be handling two branches after a month. My overall experience was really bad at CHIREC. The people/team will provide you zero support, they treat teachers like NO ONE. The principal/coordinators never interact with teachers. There is one way communication during meetings. HR brags about extra working hours, (she manipulates and insults people who brings issues to her notice). Very unapproachable HR team, never ever available for employees,

...ars.Overall very good experience compared to other Indian international schools.Work culture,compensation and benefits are excellent here.Employee well being is taken as top priority in making any decisions by the management which will be employee friendly.

...find job satisfaction here, challenges thrown u have to find ways to crack them. This is how management works in chirec i personally learned a lot, but salary i was not at all happy. My learning experience was different and innovative in this school. But they train you forward in an optimistic way.

The work culture is really good. Management is extremely empathetic and considerate. It also happens to be one of the best paying schools in that area.

Dislikes

Though it is tagged as International school, it is not the actual international schools with foreign expats being a part of the working team. There are no travel opportunities within/outside our country.

Self learning, cordinator is kind, not much of any good qualities

Dislikes

No cooperation ,teachers are illtreated, faul language by heads, no proper guidance of execution of the job poor classroom equipment, material, environment. No job security, Poor food for the staff and children .
