The culture set by Director of the organisation. I will highly suggest people to not join if you do not want to lose mental peace and sanity.

It's the worst experience The atmosphere is very toxic and stressful for employees Not good for mental and professional well being. No chance to perform and work independently. You can not decide on your own and don't have any right to act independent. The leadership is so bad and discouraging. No growth at all rather you tend to loose self confidence and patience. The top management humilates the employees so much. Would never recommend to anyone.

Chintan has one of the most toxic work cultures I have ever been a part of. There is a weird hierarchy that plays within the organisation much like class hierarchy. The top management of the organisation including the founder have little respect or consideration for employees and are often condescending in their treatment. The work at the organisation is shaped by the personal interests of its founder than what actually needs to be done to reform the waste sector

Everything ,like its a one person show. Employees are treated like bonded labour and you can't have any voice . You can be thrown out anytime. A atmosphere full of fear. Its a black spot in name of humanitarian organization. Very high internal politics. You can be happy only if you can polish the Head of the organization. Its really sad to even remember that place. Bosses are like monsters. Try it if you don't believe.
