Overall it's good place. Decent package and good balanced life. Mostly you feel you are working for a government organisation. Don't forget to Impress the management to keep your job safe( even if you can't teach effectively) I mean the less you work and more you get rewarded. Do Pooja on regular intervals, God will save you. That's their secret.

It's a Hindu institute with good culture. Teachers are smart,energetic and hard working. Teachers keep a good rapport With students and teammates. School provides a number of training sessions for teachers.

Dislikes

Compensation is just fine , but no career growth I found. Work pressure is hectic. Management plays politics during the time of teachers increment. No criteria for the increment. Whom they like will get it.Most of the time it makes me disappointed.

There should be need some campus atmosphere things. That will help the students be more interesting

Excellent work environment and culture. Transparent management system with excellent teaching faculty . Leader and teammates are supportive.
