It is confidential information so you can't be sure but you can definitely see people less contributing but getting paid more than you. No work life balance. Everything works on hierarchy. Even if it's a startup, your opinion if of no value. Every idea of yours is thrown into the trash and bypassed saying it's higher management's decision. The company doesn't know what it wants to be at all. It's does everything but not one thing perfectly. All they care about is becoming a unicorn and thats all.

It's well startup to develop yourself and provide free learning to their employees from every department except finance department (Outsource Accounting & Taxation work)

I recently completed my internship at Chingari as a Product Analyst Intern, and it was an enriching experience. I primarily worked on the Web3 aspects, particularly on the Gari project, which was a new and exciting learning opportunity for me. My manager, Ankush, stands out as one of the best I've ever worked with. He was incredibly supportive and took the time to help me understand concepts from the ground up. The team was amazing, and the administration made the onboarding process smooth and seamless.
