I like the fact that we get exposed to international customers.

Dislikes

Lots of contradiction and hypocrisy regarding company culture compared to the ground reality. Working hours sometimes exceed midnight and you still have to make it at 9 AM or on some days even 8 or 7 AM. Trust me you won't get recognised for such feats, instead you'll get the "You are inefficient" speech. Lots of expectations, but when you try to do your job with excellence and ensure quality work and ended up taking more time, same old "efficiency" will be questioned. You'll not be paid overtime even when the customer pays for overtime to the company during weekdays(i.e. including Saturdays). 95% of the time you won't get off work before 7 PM, however, you still wont receive overtime salary. Meetings are set after or before working hours. Hence, before 9 AM (reason why they often start at 7 or 8 AM) or after 6 PM (usually after 7 or 8 PM). Therefore, working overtime is an understatement.

I don't think there is a better platform than Chillibreeze in North east India where an individual can release its potential.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is utterly unbalanced and we are feeded with other propaganda like work-life integration or integrated life etc which will benefit the company in every situation.
